Howmeh Rural District (Abhar County)
Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Abhar County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,543, in 3,259 families.[1] The rural district has 24 villages.
