Season chronology

The current fifth season of the mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice Indonesia premiered on 25 January 2021 (2021-01-25) on MNCTV. It is an Indonesian adaptation of the South Korean program of the same name.

It was originally slated to premiere on 18 January 2021,[1] but was delayed for a week before it went finally started airing on that date instead.[2] In this season, the program is taped without audience with enhanced safety protocols being implemented due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.[3]

Gameplay

Format

Under the original format, the guest artist(s) can eliminate one or two mystery singers in each round, and the last mystery singer(s) standing will perform a duet.[4]

Rewards

If the winner is a good singer, he/she will feature on a privilege video alongside guest artist(s). On the other hand, if the winner is a bad singer, he/she gets a main prize of Rp 17.500.000,.

Rounds

There are six individuals of mystery singers standing on the platform with its aliases to keep their identities concealed until stage of truth performance.

Round 1: Singer's visual

The guest artist is given some time to observe and examine each mystery singer based on their appearance.

Round 2: Singer's lip-sync

The mystery singer lip-syncs to the good singer's voice, then a bad singer's voice comes in the middle of the performance.

Round 3: Singer's evidence

Each mystery singer has a video package to convince the guest artist, but with voices being distorted.
