I Can See Your Voice Thailand (season 4)

The current fourth season of the mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice Thailand premiered on November 4, 2020 (2020-11-04) on Workpoint TV. It is a Thai adaptation of the South Korean program of the same name.[1]

Season chronology

In this season, the program is taped without audience with enhanced safety protocols being implemented due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Gameplay

Format

In this season, there are two gameplay formats:

  • Original format
Under the original format, the guest artist(s) can eliminate one or two mystery singers in each round, and the last mystery singer(s) standing will perform a duet.
  • Versus format (some episodes)
Under the versus format (adopted by Giọng ải giọng ai), both guest artists can eliminate one mystery singer each in the first two rounds, and then both can choose one mystery singer each to perform a duet with in the third round.
The winning condition implies to each mystery singer chosen by guest artist that has been performed a duet separately, if:
  • One guest artist had chosen a "good singer" and another one had chosen a "bad singer"; or
  • Both two guest artists had chosen a "good singer" or a "bad singer".

Rounds

There are seven individuals or groups of mystery singers standing on the platform with its aliases to keep their identities concealed until stage of truth performance.

Round 1: Singer's visual

The guest artist is given some time to observe and examine each mystery singer based on their appearance. After this, a muted video of each mystery singer that reveals only 0.3 seconds of their singing voice is played as an additional hint.

Round 2: Singer's speech

Each mystery singer introduces with their own voice.

Round 3: Singer's lip-sync

Each mystery singer performs a lip-sync to a song. Good singers are miming to own voices while bad singers are miming to other's voices.

Round 4: Singer's talent

The guest artist(s) must predict each mystery singer based on other talents, except "singing" itself. It may unrelated to the stage of truth, but it depends on identity.
