The company was named one of the 10 most innovative companies in education by Fast Company (magazine) in 2013.[1] Also in 2013, a study documenting the impact of their work, conducted by professor Eric Bettinger of the Stanford Graduate School of Education and Rachel Baker of University of California Irvine was published by the American Educational Research Association.[2]

The company provides coaching programs, analytics, technology and management consulting services to many types of educational institutions including public and private universities, community colleges and distance education programs.[3]
