Italy at the America's Cup

Italy at the America's Cup was twice winner of the Louis Vuitton Cup, in 1992 with Il Moro di Venezia and in 2000 with Luna Rossa, thus gaining the role of challenger and the right to challenge the defender in America's Cup, but coming out defeated on both occasions.[1]
