He is best known as the co-producer of “Ein Stern” by DJ Otzi. He  has worked with Heather Nova, Darren Hayes of Savage Garden, Jennifer Paige, Sarah Brightman, Limahl, Jordan Knight & New Kids On The Block, Cazzette, Sarah Connor, Lutricia McNeal, Chris Norman, Oonagh, Beyond the Black, Christina Stürmer, and Sandra und Coolio.

Moring co-wrote and produced "Nie Genug", "Space Cowboy", and "Perfect Love", which reached the Top Ten on the German charts.

His production "idiot" was awarded as the "Hit of the year 2012" in Germany. 2014 and 2015 Moring produced and wrote parts of the platinum-selling albums of Oonagh, who received two ECHO-awards for this.[3] 2015 the single "Blind Heart" from Swedish-based DJ-duo Cazzette, co-written by Moring, became Number 1 in the "Billboard Dance Charts", after being streaming more than 20 mio. times within 4 weeks after release on spotify. 2018 he produced for Matthias Reim half of his music album Meteor, which reached number 3 in German album charts. Besides commercial pop-music, he also writes and produces for international television adverts.

Early Life and Career

Moring began his career in music as a professional percussionist in the orchestra of the state opera in Hamburg. In 2001, he began work as a producer and songwriter in pop music.[4][5][6] He is best known as the co-producer of “Ein Stern” by DJ Otzi, which was number 1 for 12 weeks in 2007, and became the second most successful song in German chart history.[7] Also as a writer, Ivo Moring is responsible for various top 10 hits, such as "Nie Genug", "Space Cowboy", and "Perfect Love". In Autumn 2009, the Blu-ray-movie project BluElements "Forsenses" was released worldwide and became the best selling national music-Blu-ray-DVD in Germany. For this, Ivo Moring composed 60 minutes of music in 7.1 surround-sound. The follow-up film "Timberlounge" reached the Top 10 in the national DVD-charts.[9]

In 2016 he founded "EduArtists", a label for educational music for children, together with BMG Rights Management. In 2018 Moring wrote and produced an album in nine languages for the international language learning platform Bambini Lingo. He developed Fabi Fuchs, a music brand for children, a first album was released in 2018 by Amazon originals.[10]

Ivo Moring released more than 250 songs and productions on different albums and compilations in the style of downbeat, zero-beat, chill-out, ambient and lounge. International album-releases of his own projects include "TRANQUILLO" and "SUGARMAN".

On March 20th, 2020, China's first male bel canto quartet, Super Vocal,[11] performed "Qui Con Me/Ni De Se Cai (Your Colors)" on the Hunan Satellite TV singing competition "Singer 2020", bilingual with Italian and Chinese lyrics. The performance received more than 40 million views in 24 hours.[12][13][14] The studio version single of "Ni De Se Cai" was released on March 27th, 2020 by Decca China. “Ni De Se Cai” is composed by George Komsky, Roxanne Seeman, and Ivo Moring with Italian lyrics “Qui Con Me" written by Saverio Principini, and Chinese lyrics “Ni De Se Cai" written by Cheng He. The song was produced by Nick Patrick and Wu Qinglong.[15][16]
