James Benjamin
James Benjamin (born 21 February 1994) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for the Dragons regional team as a back row forward. He is a Wales under-20 international.

Benjamin made his debut for the Dragons in 2013 having previously played for the Dragons academy Cross Keys RFC and Bedwas RFC.
