Jayde Riviere

Jayde Riviere (born January 22, 2001) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays as a forward for Michigan Wolverines and the Canadian national team.

Club career

Early career

Riviere started playing for Pickering SC at the age of four, and later represented Markham SC and the Ontario REX program.[1]

Vancouver Whitecaps

In August 2017, Riviere joined the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Girls Elite Super REX program.[2]

College career

Riviere has committed to the University of Michigan and will begin studying in 2019.[3]

International career

In 2016, Riviere won a silver medal at the CONCACAF Under-15 Championships and represented Canada at the FIFA Under-17 Women's World Cup in Jordan.[2]

On November 12, 2017, she made her international debut in a 3–1 defeat to the United States.[1] On May 25, 2019 she was named to the roster for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.[4]
