Jennifer Plate

Jennifer Plate (born 17 August 1986) is a German former long track speed skater, who was active between 1994 and 2015.[1] Plate was a sprinter. She was trained by Thomas Schubert.

Plate represented her nation twice at the World Sprint Speed Skating Championships for Women and once at the World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships. At the World Sprint championships she participated in 2013, finishing 20th overall and in 2014 finishing 18th overall.[2] At the 2013 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships she competed in the 500 metres event (17th), She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[2]

Between 2005 and 2015 she had a total of 33 starts at national championships. She never became national champion but won 6 silver medals and two bronze medals at national championships.[2]
