John Tolkin

John Tolkin (born July 31, 2002) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer.

Career

Youth, college and amateur

Raised in Chatham Borough, New Jersey,[1] where he attended Chatham High School.[2] Tolkin is a member of the New York Red Bulls Academy.[3] During the 2019 USL Championship season he appeared for New York Red Bulls II.[4]

Professional

After appearing for the club's USL Championship side in 2019, Tolkin moved up to the club's MLS roster on January 14, 2020.[5]
