José Eugenio Hernández
José Eugenio Hernández Sarmiento (born 18 May 1956) is a Colombian football manager, currently at Técnico Universitario .[1] He was formerly manager of Peruvian football club UTC, departing the position in May 2015.[2] He also competed in the men's tournament at the 1980 Summer Olympics.[3]
