Kalakand
Kalakand is an Indian sweet made out of solidified, sweetened milk called Khoa .[1] It is also popular in Pakistan.[2]

Preparation
It is made of milk, sugar, vinegar, optionally some nuts such as pistachio and some cardamom powder. It requires an effective reduction of the mixture to a viscous fluid, after which it can be frozen to solid. This sweet is easy to make. It's brittle in form, with a bit of texture.[3]
