Playing career
Born in Batna, Lemoui played club football for Béziers, US Biskra, MC Alger and CR Belcourt.[1] He also earned seven caps for the Algerian national team between 1963 and 1968.[1]
Coaching career
Lemoui managed the Algerian national team.[2]
