Kamulu

Kamulu is a growing town located roughly 40 Kilometers from Nairobi Central Business District, Kenya within Nairobi County, Kasarani Constituency, Ruai Location. It lies on the east side of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport bordering Katani and Githunguri on the South East, Drumvale on the south, Joska to the East, Ruai/Embakasi Ranching on the North West. It is in Ruai Division with a population of 26, 448 people.

The boundary between Nairobi and Machakos county lies on once end of the Kamulu area with the exact point being the Athi River Bridge (Kwa Daraja) just before Joska Town outbound of Nairobi making It an Entry Way Of East Nairobi according to the District & Boundaries Act of 1992.[1]
