Playing career
Club
As a player, he played for Iskra Bugojno, Željezničar on two occasions, Sloboda Užice, MSV Duisburg,[1] Remscheid,[2] Kayserispor and Lausanne-Sport.
Managerial career
In his managerial career, Alispahić managed Sarajevo,[3] Jedinstvo Bihać, Mughan, Al-Ittihad Aleppo, head coached the under-23 and senior Tajikistan national team,[4] Ravan Baku, Čelik Zenica[5] and most recently Jordanian Pro League club Al-Ramtha.[6]
