Kenai Peninsula Borough School District

The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD) serves 29 communities and 9,000 students in the Kenai Peninsula Borough.[1] Headquartered in the Borough seat of Soldotna, KPBSD is the largest employer on the Kenai Peninsula, providing $4.9 million in gross payroll each month.[2] The current Superintendent of Schools is Sean Dusek.[3]

The George A. Navarre Building on Binkley Street in downtown Soldotna serves as the administrative headquarters for both the Kenai Peninsula Borough and the school district.
