Kim de Baat (born 29 May 1991) is a Dutch-born Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Ciclotel.[3]

For the 2021 season, de Baat will join the Dubai Police team for its first season at UCI level.[4]
