King George Hub

The King George Hub is a multi-tower mixed use development under construction in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, located at the northeast corner of King George Boulevard and Fraser Highway in the Surrey City Centre district. Developed by the PCI Group, the project is located adjacent to the transit hub at King George station.

History

The first phase, which began construction in 2012 was completed in early 2016, houses the headquarters for Coast Capital Savings, a federal credit union.[1] The second phase, which began construction in early 2018, consists of one office and two residential towers.[2][3]

A third phase has been green lit, while the fourth and final phase has yet to be finalized.[4]
