Kwaito cheese

Kwaito is a mild, creamy South African cheese made from cows' milk by the Indezi River Cheese Company in South Africa.

The name Kwaito comes from the Isicamtho language and is similar to the English slang term "cool." (See information on the words etymology here.) Kwaito is also the name of a genre of popular music in South Africa.

Kwaito cheese comes in a few different flavors, including green peppercorn, black peppercorn, smoked, carnival peppers, and plain.
