Legislature of Buenos Aires Province
The Legislature of the Province of Buenos Aires (Spanish: Legislatura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) is the local legislature of the Argentinian province of Buenos Aires. It is a bicameral body, comprising the Chamber of Deputies of Buenos Aires (92 representatives[1]), and the Senate of Buenos Aires (46 representatives[2]). It is one of eight bicameral legislatures in the country.[3][4]

It is elected by a general provincial proportional representation and renewed every 2 years by electing a new half of each house. Each representative serves a four-year term.
The Legislature meets in the provincial capital, La Plata.
