Leonid Tkachenko (footballer)
Leonid Ivanovich Tkachenko (Russian: Леонид Иванович Ткаченко; born 1 October 1953 in Staryi Krym, Crimea) is a former Soviet player and the Ukrainian-Russian coach.

Career
Tkachenko spent most of his career playing for FC Metallist Kharkiv, leading the club to promotion from the Soviet First League to the Soviet Top League in 1981.[1]
Together with Mykola Pavlov served as an interim coach for Ukrainian national football team when it traveled to Belarus for a friendly against the Belarusian national football team. Him and Pavlov were assistant coaches to Viktor Prokopenko before that. Sometime in 2000 he relocated to the Russian Federation and obtained the Russian citizenship.
