Lewis Arthur Tambs

Lewis Arthur Tambs (July 7, 1927 — October 19, 2017)[1] was an American ambassador to Colombia from 19831985 and Costa Rica from 19851987.[2][3][4] Tambs was born in San Diego, California.[2]
