Lisin

Lisin, also known as Negun, was an ancient Sumerian goddess. Lisin and her brother Ashgi were worshipped in the Sumerian city-states of Adab and Kesh.[1] Her husband was the god Ninsikila.[2] In Sumerian times, Lisin was viewed as a mother goddess[2] and she was identified with the star α Scorpionis.[1] Later, Ninsikila was accidentally mistranslated as the name of a goddess and Lisin accordingly became treated as a god.[1]
