List of current champions in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide

Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines.

Currently in AAA, there are two active singles championships, a traditional tag team championship, mixed tag team championship, and a trios championship available for male wrestlers, as well as a championship for female wrestlers. Seven wrestlers officially hold the championships (with the first female champion set to be determined via tournament). The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of.

At the top of AAA's championship hierarchy is the AAA Mega Championship. The current champion is Kenny Omega, who is in his first reign after defeating Fénix at their Héroes Inmortales XIII on October 19, 2019.[1]

The secondary title in AAA is AAA Latin American Championship. The current champion is Daga, who is in his first reign after defeating Drago at their Héroes Inmortales XIII on October 19, 2019.

The AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. First time title holder Laredo Kid is the current champion, having defeated Sammy Guevara at the AAA Conquista Total on February 16, 2019.

The AAA World Mini-Estrellas Championship. Second time title holder Dinastía is the current champion, having defeated Mini Psycho Clown, Mini Monster Clown, Mini Murder Clown, La Parkita and La Parkita Negra at the edition of AAA Vive Latino house show on March 16, 2019.

The AAA World Tag Team Championship is who are in their second reign as a team Lucha Brothers (Fénix and Pentagón Jr.). They defeated The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) at the Verano de Escándalo on June 16, 2019.

The AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship is who are in their first reign as a team Lady Maravilla and Villano III Jr.. They defeated the teams Big Mami and Niño Hamburguesa, Australian Suicide, and Vanilla as well as the team of Sammy Guevara and Scarlett Bordeaux at the Triplemanía XXVII on August 3, 2019.

The AAA World Trios Championship is currently held by Jinetes del Aire (El Hijo del Vikingo, Golden Magic and Myzteziz Jr). They defeated El Nuevo Poder del Norte (Carta Brava Jr., Mocho Cota Jr. and Soul Rocker/Tito Santana) As well as Las Fresas Salvajes (Pimpinela Escarlata, Mamba and Máximo) at Triplemanía XXVII on August 3, 2019

There is one championship contested for female wrestlers (promoted as their Reinas del Ring division), the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. The current champion is Taya Valkyrie is the current champion, having defeated Tessa Blanchard at the Lucha Invades NY on September 15, 2019.
