Partially redesignated as I-69 from W. KY Pkwy to US 41 in 2013; remaining part was redesignated I-169 from I-24 to I-69
Gene Snyder Freeway Formerly named Jefferson Freeway
Hal Rogers Parkway Formerly named Daniel Boone Parkway
Henry Watterson Expressway Eastern segment (Dixie Highway to I-71) only; western segment signed as Georgia Davis Powers Expressway.
Industrial Parkway The second shortest "parkway" at 14 miles (23 km) in length, though it is not a part of the state's system of controlled-access parkways.

Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway
Mammoth Cave Parkway The shortest "parkway" at 8.4 miles (13.5 km) in length, though it is not a part of the state's system of controlled-access parkways, and is mostly maintained by the National Park Service as most of it is located within Mammoth Cave National Park.
Man o' War Boulevard Constructed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as a southern urban principal arterial beltway around Lexington. Upon completion, control transferred to the city.
Martha Layne Collins Bluegrass Parkway
New Circle Road An orbital road around the central core of Lexington
Wendell H. Ford Western Kentucky Parkway Overlapped with I-69 from Western terminus to Pennyrile Parkway

William H. Natcher Parkway
Formerly the Green River Parkway; re-designated as I-165 and KY 9007 in March 2019

Kentucky Route 9003 Purchase Parkway. Listed as "JC 9003" in route logs.
Kentucky Route 9004 Pennyrile Parkway. Formerly listed as "EB 9004" in route logs; removed with redefinition as I-69 and I-169.
Kentucky Route 9005 Audubon Parkway. Listed as "AU 9005" in route logs.
