The name Sally has been used for one tropical cyclone in the Atlantic Ocean, nine in the Western Pacific Ocean, and at least three in the Southern Hemisphere.
In the Atlantic Ocean:

In the Western Pacific Ocean:
- Typhoon Sally (1954) (T5421), Category 5 super typhoon that was miles from making landfall in the Philippines before curving back into open waters.
- Tropical Storm Sally (1959) (T5902, 03W)
- Typhoon Sally (1961) (T6122, 54W)
- Typhoon Sally (1964) (T6418, 27W, Aring), made landfall in the Philippines as a Category 5 typhoon.
