Loreto is an interchange subway station serving Lines 1 and 2 of the Milan Metro. The station opened in 1964 as part of Line 1 and is a node of interchange with the Line 2 since 1969.

The station is located in Piazzale Loreto within the municipal area of Milan. It is a very busy station. This is an underground station, with 2 tracks in a single cane for Line 1 overriding 2 tracks in one barrel for Line 2.
