MLA Fatakeshto

MLA Fatakeshto is a 2006 Indian Bengali-language political drama film directed by Swapan Saha for Shree Venkatesh Films, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Debashree Roy, Koel Mallick, Rajatava Dutta and Soumitra Chatterjee. It is loosely based on the movie Mudhalvan.[1]

This is the first part of Fatakeshto (film series), the other one being Minister Fatakeshto and is famous for the dialogue Marbo ekhane, lash porbe sashane (I will hit you here and the body will be there at the cremation ground).[2][3]

MLA Fatakeshto is the tale of seven days of a small time goon who becomes an M.L.A.
