Mahbubul Alam Hanif
Mahbubul Alam Hanif is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament from Kushtia-3. He is the Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League.[1]

Career
Hanif was elected Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League in 2009.[2] He worked at the Prime Ministers Office as Special Assistant to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina from 2009 to 2013. He was fired from his job by the Ministry of Public Administration after he tried to get the nomination from Kushtia-2, whose incumbent was Hasanul Haq Inu, a Government Minister and President of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal.[3] He was elected to Parliament from Kushtia-3 as a candidate of Bangladesh Awami League from Kushtia-3.[4]
