Mahuaa TV was a Bhojpuri language General Entertainment television Channel. The channel offered a blend of programs with elements such as entertainment, music, travel, religion, feature films, documentaries, reality television. As of 2017, the channel shut down due to fewer viewers and constant financial deficits.

The channel began operation on 9 August 2008 and was owned by Mahuaa Media Private Limited, an associate of Century Communication Group.[1][2]
