Mark Enzer

Mark Enzer, OBE, is a CTO of Mott MacDonald and Head of the National Digital Twin Programme at the Centre for Digital Built Britain. In 1987 he graduated from Oxford University (Engineering Science) and in 1992 from Leeds University (Tropical Public Health Engineering). In 2004 he received MBA degree from University of Cambridge.[1] In October 2020 he became the Officer of the OBE for his services to the National Infrastructure.[2][3][4][5]
