Markaz Knowledge City

Markaz Knowledge City is a city project of Markaz[2] in Kozhikode, Kerala.[3][4] The foundation stone for the project was laid by the President of the Samastha Kerala Sunni Jamiyyathul Ulama Taj-ul Ulama Sayyid Abdurrahman Albukhari[5] on 24 December 2012. The project cost is estimated to be10 Millions.[6][7]

Markaz Unani Medical College & Hospital

Markaz Unani Medical College and Hospital is the First Unani College in Kerala.[11][12][13]

Markaz Law College

Markaz Law College is a centre of higher legal education in Kozhikode currently located at Markaz main campus. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut[14] and is recognized by the Bar Council of India. It offers integrated five-year course BBA with Bachelor of Laws and three-year course LLB. P.S Gopi is the principal of the Law College.[15]

It is located at National Highway 766 (India).

Transportation

Knoweledge city connects to other parts of India through Calicut city on the west and Thamarassery town on the east. National highway No.66 passes through Kozhikode and the northern stretch connects to Goa and Mumbai. The southern stretch connects to Cochin and Trivandrum. The eastern National Highway No.54 going through Adivaram connects to Kalpetta, Mysore and Bangalore. The nearest airports are at Kannur and Kozhikode. The nearest railway station is at Kozhikode.
