Mian Muhammad Afzal Hayat
Mr. Advocate Mian Muhammad Afzal Hayat (died 3 December 2020) of Kolian Shah Hussain, Gujrat District was an Ex-MPA, Minister of local government Punjab, Minister of Educational Punjab, Leader of opposition Punjab, Chairman Public Account Committee Punjab, Minister of Law Punjab, Ambassador of Qatar and was Ex Chief Minister of Punjab from 1996 to 1997.[1] He was also the president of Acoba in Aitchison College.
