Overview
A rapidly growing town, Mindigale lies between Bosaso and Badhan, on the Cal Madow mountain range. It is considered to be one of the oldest cities in the region, and is the seat of several well-known local historical sites.
Demographics
Mindigale is primarily inhabited by Somalis from the Reer Saalax sub-clans of the Warsangeli Darod.
Education
since the city was growing considerably after civil war, as the native people were coming back from the capital, the education sector was also experiencing significant development, the first primary school was built in 1990s.
