The Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Tennessee in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant. The pageant is held each March.

Taylor Parsons of Mountain City was crowned Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen on March 30, 2019 in the Juliette Doyle Guthrie Theater at Gallatin High School in Gallatin, TN. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 pageant at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27th, 2019 in Orlando, Florida where she was named 3rd runner-up as well as receiving the Overall Dance Talent award and a Preliminary Talent award.
