Muddula Koduku
Muddula Koduku (transl. Loving Son) is a 1979 Telugu-language romance film, produced and directed by V. B. Rajendra Prasad[2] under his Jagapathi Art Pictures banner.[3] It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Sridevi, Jayasudha and has music composed by K. V. Mahadevan.[4][5]

Plot
The film begins on Gopi (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) a happy-go-lucky youngster who spends his life frolic. Since he does not realize the responsibilities his father Zamindar Raobahadoor Ranga Rao (Gummadi) asks him to take up their estate management. In between the journey, Gopi gets acquaintance with a beautiful girl Radha (Sridevi), circumstances make him dramatize as a driver before her and they fall in love. Gopi secretly marries Radha in the temple, knowing regarding it, Zamindar arrives when Radha also learns the truth and feels as if Gopi has deceived her. The same night, Zamindar orders his henchmen to eliminate Radha who puts fire to her house when Gopi assumes her as dead. But fortuitously, she escapes reaches her sister Shanti (Jayasudha) and by the time, Radha is pregnant. There, grief-stricken Gopi becomes a drunkard when Zamindar also feels sorry for his deed. To the fortune, Radha gives birth to a baby boy at the hospital of Gopi's close friend Dr.Murali (Murali Mohan) and dies. Before dying, she takes a word from Shanti that to make the child as Gopi's heir and Shanti promises to fulfill her dream. Later, with the help of Murali, Shanti joins as a maid in their house. Years roll by, the boy (Master Harish) grows up, acquires everyone's love & affection, thereafter, Shanti reveals his identity when Gopi's heart is melt with joy. Soon after, Shanti also brings out Gopi from his vices when he starts loving her and proposes. But Shanti refuses, saying that she is already engaged. After some time, Gopi perceives the reality that Shanti is terminally-ill due to the TB problem. At last, Gopi saves her by donating his kidney. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Gopi & Shanti.
