Muhammad Umar Pehlwan Born( 21 April 1975) in Famous Wrestling Family in Wrestlers City Gujranwala, Pakistan. He is Famous Freestyle and Traditional Wrestler of Pakistan.He was Awarded Best Player of the Year by the Government of Pakistan in 2009.His Nick Name is Rustam Pak o Hind.He Won 4 Gold Medals in 1993, 2004,2006,2010, At South Asian Games.He also Won 2 Silver Medals in 1995,1999, At South Asian Games,[1] He Won the Brown Medal in 1994, at Commonwealth Games Victoria Canada.[2] He Won 2 Silver Medals 1993,2009, At Commonwealth Wrestling Championships.[3]He also Won 5 Brown  Medals in 2007,2009,2011, At Commonwealth Wrestling Championship. His Record in Pakistan  Wrestling History He is Won Gold Medals for 20 Consecutive years in Senior National Wrestling Championship and National Games 1991 to 2010.
