National Tutoring Association

The National Tutoring Association is an American non-profit organization that certifies and trains tutors.[1] It is the oldest and largest membership organization for tutors, and uses a combination of software[2] and in-person conferences to give certification levels including Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Instructional Coach.[3] To date, the NTA has certified over 14,000 tutors.[2]

Among other awards, The NTA Awards the annual "National Tutor of the Year" Award.[4] The most recent (2018) recipient is Rohen Shah.[5][6]
