Nee Bareda Kadambari (Kannada: ನೀ ಬರೆದ ಕಾದಂಬರಿ; English: The novel you wrote) is a 1985 Indian Kannada language film directed and produced by Dwarakish, making his first entry as a director. The film stars Vishnuvardhan,[1] Bhavya
, Hema Choudhary
C.R.Simha in the lead roles.[2] The music was composed by Vijay Anand and the dialogues and lyrics were written by Chi. Udaya Shankar along with R. N. Jayagopal.

The film is a remake of the Hindi film Pyar Jhukta Nahin (1985), directed by Vijay Sadanah, starring Mithun Chakraborty along with Padmini Kohlapure.[3] Dwarakish directed the Tamil remake Naan Adimai Illai, with Rajinikanth and Sridevi.
