Rowing career
Cooper represented Great Britain at the 1966 World Rowing Championships partnering Arnold Cooke in the double sculls, they finished in 9th place overall after a third-place finish in the B final.[2][3][4]
He won the 1967 Wingfield Sculls rowing for London Rowing Club.
