Nikolay Goloded

Nikolay Matveyevich Goloded, Mikalaj Haladzied (Belarusian: Мікала́й Мацьве́евіч Галадзе́д; Russian: Никола́й Матве́евич Голоде́д; March 1894 – 1937) was a Belarusian Soviet statesman and first secretary of the Byelorussian SSR from December 1925 to May 1927. He served as a Prime Minister of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic from 1927 to May 30, 1937.[1]

He was arrested on June 14, 1937 and jumped out of the window 5th floor of the Belarussian NKVD building to his death during his NKVD interrogation.
