Nina Elias-Bamberger

Nina Elias-Bamberger (August 20, 1954 November 20, 2002), was the Executive Producer of Dragon Tales and other children's shows on PBS Kids.[1]

She was also best known as the creator of Big Bag for Cartoon Network.

She joined Sesame Workshop in 1978 working as a film editor on Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, 3-2-1 Contact and Big Bird in China.

She was also the creator of the United Kingdom animated children's television series Tiny Planets.

She lost her battle against ovarian cancer on November 20, 2002 at the age of 48.

The Dragon Tales special "Let's Start a Band" as well as the episode "To Fly With a New Friend" are dedicated to her memory.
