Oakland, Lauderdale County, Alabama
Oakland is an unincorporated community in Lauderdale County, Alabama, United States.[1] On April 27, 2011, a tornado reportedly hit ground west-southwest of Oakland injuring one person in his vehicle, and later reported west of Oakland near a church.[2] Oakland has a fire department.[3]
