Oliver Hughes (banker)

Oliver Charles Hughes (Russian: Оливер Чарлз Хьюз; born 27 June 1970 in Folkestone, England) is a Russian entrepreneur and financier of British origin. He graduated from the University of Sussex in 1992. He has been heading Tinkoff Bank since 2007.[1] He is fluent in French and Russian.
