Owen Cheung
Owen Cheung (Chinese: 張振朗; born 20 July 1987[1]) is a Hong Kong actor who came to prominence following his performance in Karma Rider (2013). He is best known for his role as Kuk Yat-ha (Gogo) in Legal Mavericks (2017) and Ko Ban in Al Cappuccino (2020). He is the recipient of the 2019 TVB Anniversary Award for Most Improved Male Artiste.

Life and career
A graduate of the Hong Kong Design Institute, Cheung's introduction to the entertainment industry was through the New Talent Singing Awards in 2006, when he was 19 years old. In 2010, he auditioned for TVB's Artiste Training Class and graduated a year later. He made his acting debut in 2012 through the sitcom Come Home Love. He played bit roles in several television dramas. In 2013, he was cast in the costume drama Karma Rider as the frail scholar Pak Hok-yee. In 2014, Cheung gained popularity after his appearance on the variety show Walk The Walk, Talk The Talk in which he impersonates Chilam Cheung in his role as Captain Cool in Triumph in the Skies II. In 2015, Cheung starred in the sitcom Come Home Love 2.
In 2017, Cheung stars in Legal Mavericks alongside Vincent Wong, Ali Lee, and Sisley Choi. His portrayal of private investigator Kuk Yat-ha earned critical acclaim. He won Best Supporting Actor at the 2017 StarHub TVB Awards.[2]
Cheung won the 2019 TVB Anniversary Award for Most Improved Male Artiste for his performance in Justice Bao: The First Year, Finding Her Voice, and The Offliners.[3] In 2020, Cheung stars alongside Vincent Wong once again in the comedy Al Cappuccino. He stars in Line Walker 3 as Pong Ho-Yeung.
Cheung won the 20120 TVB Anniversary Award for The Most Popular Male Character for his role in "Al Cappuccino". Together with Vincent Wong and Brian Chu, he also won the Most Popular On-Screen Partnership Award.[4]
