Parkhead, Edinburgh

Parkhead is a residential area of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. It is one of the smallest Wards in the Edinburgh City Council.

The area was built in 1940s and it contains a low-rise houses with Art Deco features and unique red roofs.

Located south-west of the Water of Leith. It is bounded to the north by Fairbrae, to the east by Longstone Road and The Green, to the west by Sighthill, and to the south by Longstone.
