Patrick Grappin (born 22 October 1955) is a French retired professional footballer who played as a centre-back.[4]

Playing career
Grappin participated in one game with Paris Saint-Germain during the 1979–80 season. He played in a 1–2 league loss to Nancy on 22 September 1979.[5]
Grappin went on to play 9 years with AS Poissy after leaving PSG.
Managerial career
Grappin took charge as manager of Poissy in 1989 after retiring from football. He would later take the position of sporting director at the club in 1993.
