History

Peas of Mind began in 2005 at a non-profit kitchen incubator in the Mission District of San Francisco called La Cocina.[1] By 2007, production was moved to a manufacturing facility. In 2008, the Nanna's Banana Puffet was named Product of the Year by Food Processing Magazine.[2] In 2009, Peas of Mind was named R&D Team of the Year by Food Processing Magazine.[3] In 2010, Founder and CEO was named San Francisco Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by Women's Initiative.[4]

Products

Peas of Mind manufacture three product lines which specifically target children: Puffets (hand-held meals), Veggie Wedgies (vegetable French fries) and Peas of Pie (pizza).
