Peipiaosteus

Peipiaosteus is an extinct genus of prehistoric ray-finned fish, closely related to living sturgeon and paddlefish. Its fossils are found in the Early Cretaceous Jiufotang Formation, Pani Lake, Liaoning Province, China.[1][2]
