Proteracacinidin

Proteracacinidins are polymeric condensed tannins composed of mesquitol. This type of tannin can be found in Acacia caffra (Senegalia caffra).[1][2][3]

The oxydative depolymerisation of proteracacinidins yields the anthocyanidin teracacinidin.
